First, make sure that poor memory isn’t caused by alcohol, or medication, such as beta blockers, statins, painkillers, anxiety, medications, and other similar medications. Then make sure you’re not vitamin deficient. Then try these three. ##drshintani ##memoryloss ##dementia ##Alzheimers ##preventAlzheimers ##preventdementia ##brainfunction

Before you start using a pharmaceutical for memory loss consider these Natural Factors first. Make sure alcohol or medications such as beta blockers, Statin sleeping pills, painkillers and anxiety medications aren’t the cause. Next make sure you’re not vitamin deficient especially vitamin D, B complex, B12, and vitamin E. Then consider these little known supplements: number one benfotiamine in a double blind Placebo controlled study, benfotiamine was shown to improve memory in early Alzheimer’s disease. Number two Huperzine A, which comes from Chinese Club Moss significantly improved memory deficit in elderly people with cognitive decline. Number three, Lion’s Mane mushroom stimulates brain derived neurotrophic growth factor which protects brain cells and helps new brain cells grow to help preserve and even improve memory. Of course check with your doctor before using any of these supplements and to prevent dementia consider these measures.
