Peace Diet Membership Program

Effective Date: July 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and accessing the Peace Diet Membership Program (“Membership”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the Membership.
2. Membership Access
Your Membership grants you one (1) personal, non-transferable login to access the Peace Diet course materials, resources, and freebies included in your membership tier.
This means:
- Access is for your personal use only
- Your login credentials may not be shared with any other person
- You may not allow others to access the Membership using your account
- Each household or individual requires their own separate Membership purchase
3. Intellectual Property
All content within the Peace Diet Membership — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, recipes, guides, meal plans, and downloadable resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Terry Shintani and the Hawaii Health Foundation.
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any course materials
- Resell, redistribute, or share any content with non-members
- Use course materials to create competing products or programs
- Upload course content to any third-party platform
- Teach or instruct others using Peace Diet materials without written permission from Dr. Shintani
You MAY:
- Use the information personally to improve your own health
- Share your personal results and experiences
- Recommend the Membership to others by directing them to purchase their own access
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate termination of Membership without refund:
- Sharing login credentials with any other person
- Accessing the Membership from multiple devices or locations simultaneously
- Downloading and redistributing course materials
- Reselling or repackaging Peace Diet content in any form
- Using course content for commercial purposes without written authorization
- Any activity that violates these Terms and Conditions
5. Account Monitoring
Dr. Shintani’s team reserves the right to monitor account activity including login frequency, IP addresses, and content access patterns to ensure compliance with these Terms. Suspicious activity — including but not limited to an unusually high number of logins or access from multiple geographic locations — may result in account suspension or termination pending investigation.
6. Termination of Access
Dr. Shintani’s team reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership account at any time if these Terms are violated. In cases of suspected abuse or unauthorized sharing, access may be revoked immediately and without prior notice.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this Membership, all sales are final once course materials have been accessed. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Dr. Shintani’s team.
8. Health Disclaimer
The information provided in the Peace Diet Membership is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results may vary. Always consult your physician before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are currently taking medication.
9. Changes to These Terms
Dr. Shintani’s team reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Membership following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States of America.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of July 1, 2026 and apply to all active and new Peace Diet Membership accounts.
