Surprisingly simple way to lower blood pressure and brain fog by increasing nitric oxide. It’s by humming and nose breathing #shintani #drshintani #shintanimd #brainfunction #dementia #brainhealth #nitricoxide. #nosebreathing. #brainfog #braincirculation. #hypertension. #bloodpressure. #bloodpressurehack.

Here’s a surprisingly simple way to lower blood pressure and brain fog. Nitric oxide plays a major role in relaxing blood vessels to control blood pressure and circulation. Besides diet and supplements, there is a surprisingly simple way to increase nitric oxide. It has to do with breathing through your nose. Researchers found that humming, which requires breathing in and out through your nose, increased nitric oxide 15-fold in the nasal mucosa. It turns out that the nasal mucosa lining is full of an enzyme called nitric oxide synthase that is activated by air flow. When you breathe in and out through your nose, you increase nitric oxide. This in turn opens up blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and improves brain circulation.

Which tea is best for energy and health. Green tea , black tea, earl, grey tea, oolong, tea, or Matcha tea? ##shintani##drshintani##anticancer. ##antiinflammatory. ##energy##EGCG ##Caffeine ##energydrink

Which tea is best for energy and health? Most people are surprised to find out that green tea, black tea, oolong tea, Earl Grey tea, and matcha tea come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis. Green tea is unfermented, retaining its natural flavor. Black tea is fully fermented and has a bold taste. Earl Grey is black tea flavored with bergamot oil for a subtle citrus flavor. Oolong tea is between green and black tea, semi-oxidized. And matcha tea involves grinding green tea leaves into a powder, providing concentrated nutrients. Among these teas, matcha is likely the healthiest due to its high EGCG content, followed by green tea, but all provide energy and health benefits. So, to get healthy now, drink more tea.
