Here are the top 9 foods that fight pancreatic cancer.
Pancreatic cancer is the 3rd leading cause of cancer death in the US. It is also common in Western Europe, while it’s relatively rare in african, asian, and pacific nations. The one difference in pancreatic cancer mortality probably has a lot to do with the differences in the diet of these countries. So to test the effect of different foods on pancreatic cancer, researchers cultured pancreatic cancer cells in petri dishes and dripped extracts of various foods into the live cancer cell cultures to see their effect on cancer. Results were amazing, 3 food extracts almost completely stopped the growth of pancreatic cancer. These foods were garlic, Leeks, and brussel sprouts. The extracts of some 6 other foods reduced the growth of pancreatic cancer by over 90% including curly cabbage, green onions, yellow onions, kale, broccoli, and beetroot.
