Is this the answer to Alzheimer’s disease? Dr. Rudolph Tanzy, the director of the Alzheimer’s Project at Harvard, explains that while all meat-eating animals develop the pathology of Alzheimer’s disease, herbivores never do. While this observation is about animals, a recent human study now supports the notion that a plant-based diet can aid in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Published in 2022, a 15-year investigation revealed that vegetarians had a 33% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s compared to their meat eating counterparts. While this is still a correlational study, to start preventing Alzheimer’s disease now, consider eating more vegetables and less meat and get a copy of my free ebook on “health secrets” at peaceDiet.org.
