Three myths to bust to help control diabetes

Posted on June 1, 2025September 9, 2025 By drshintani No Comments on Three myths to bust to help control diabetes

Three myths to bust to help control diabetes. 1. Carbs do not cause diabetes. 2 Gluten is not the problem 3 whole grain might help with weight loss, not weight gain. ##healthtips##shintani##drshintani##nutritiontips##hypertension##cholesterol ##diabetes##T2D ##bloodsugar ##wholegrain##carbs##carbohydrates

Here are three myths to bust to help control diabetes. The first myth is that carbs cause diabetes. In a study involving over 463,000 participants, researchers found that those who ate the most whole grain had a 21% lower risk of diabetes than those who ate the least amount. The second myth is the gluten myth. While some people avoid whole grain because of non-celiac gluten sensitivity, a double blind study shows that gluten produces no more symptoms than placebo. And the third myth is that all carbs make you fat when the truth is that studies show that whole grain consumption is associated with weight control rather than weight gain. Is this the answer to Alzheimer’s disease?

Posted on May 31, 2025September 9, 2025 By drshintani No Comments on Is this the answer to Alzheimer’s disease?

Is this the answer to Alzheimer’s disease? All meat eating animals in the animal kingdom develop Alzheimer’s pathology well herbivores never do. ##healthtips##shintani##drshintani##nutritiontips##alzheimers##dementia ##alzheimersdisease##plantbasesdiet ##vegetarian##vegan

Is this the answer to Alzheimer’s disease? Dr. Rudolph Tanzy, the director of the Alzheimer’s Project at Harvard, explains that while all meat-eating animals develop the pathology of Alzheimer’s disease, herbivores never do. While this observation is about animals, a recent human study now supports the notion that a plant-based diet can aid in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Published in 2022, a 15-year investigation revealed that vegetarians had a 33% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s compared to their meat eating counterparts. While this is still a correlational study, to start preventing Alzheimer’s disease now, consider eating more vegetables and less meat and get a copy of my free ebook on “health secrets” at peaceDiet.org. Amazing Biblical Herb

What Biblical Herb can fight cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and bowel disease? Get a free eBook to know more, at https://peacediet.org/

What ancient biblical herb can fight cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease? This ancient herb has been used throughout the Middle East and Asia as medicine for digestive and arthritic disorders. Modern research shows that this herb has potent anti-inflammatory effects that may alleviate the symptoms of arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease. Of great interest is that it has shown the ability to improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar in animal studies. And it also shows promise in cancer control as it can induce apoptosis or natural cancer cell death and prevent angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels to feed tumors. The herb is frankincense and its active ingredient is boswellic acid, also available as boswellia. So to learn more ways to fight cancer, see my lecture at peaceDiet.org. Cut your risk of diabetes by 40%

Cut your risk of diabetes by 40% by doing this simple surprising thing. www.PeaceDiet.org

Cut your diabetes risk by 40% by doing this one simple thing. In a recent diabetes study of over 216,000 adults, researchers found that this one simple substitute was associated with a big reduction in the risk of type 2 diabetes. They found that people who ate at least one serving per day of nuts and legumes instead of red meat were 30% less likely to get diabetes. They also found that if they replaced processed meat with nuts and legumes daily, there was a 40% reduction in the risk of diabetes. Notice that replacing meat with legumes will actually increase carb intake and yet decrease diabetes. Also notice that plant proteins from nuts and legumes in this case are superior to animal protein for diabetes control. Liver Fix

7 Step fatty liver fix. Find a sum of this at www.PeaceDiet.org. #drshintani #fattyliver. #fattyliverdisease. #Hicaloriedensityfood. #liverdisease. #greenscreen

Here’s a sevenstep fatty liver fix. This is important because the most common liver disease in America is fatty liver with up to 30% of all of us getting it. You can find a sevenstep fix in my free ebook, “Health Secrets” at peaceDiet.org. I remember the first case I ever treated over 30 years ago. He was a college student who was told that because of his abnormal liver test, he needed a liver biopsy. Uh, and of course, he didn’t want that. So, I told him the key to fixing fatty liver is to first understand that all the blood flow from your gut goes first to the liver so that all the nutrients can be sorted and detoxified. The problem is that when people eat too many uh calorie dense foods without fiber in it, it overwhelms the liver and the liver converts its cells to fat cells to store what it can’t process. The seven steps involve limiting sugar, fat, processed carbs, meat, alcohol, doing exercise, and possibly detox and supplements. He followed my protocol and his liver enzymes returned to normal, and he never needed the biopsy. For more information on the seven steps, get a copy of my free ebook, “Health Secrets” at peaceDiet.org and watch my next video for supplements for the liver. I’m Dr. Shintani for your health.
