Here are six things to avoid to help lower your risk of colorectal cancer. Number one, obesity, this is obvious, it’s important to keep their weight under control as obesity is associated with a lot of cancers including almost double the risk of colon cancer. Number two eating a lot of red meat is associated with a 28% higher risk of colon cancer. Number three, sugar sweetened beverage consumption is associated with a 32% increase in colon cancer risk. Number four, alcohol is associated with up to 60% higher risk of colon cancer, surprisingly alcohol affects the whole digestive tract not just the liver. Number five, smoking increases colon cancer by 47%, most people think smoking just affects the lungs and the heart but toxins from smoking get swallowed so it affects the whole digestive system. Now while my dad’s situation was very rare back then, research now indicates that it is becoming more and more common in people under 50 and even under 40 years old like my dad. Here are seven basic steps to control blood sugar and reverse diabetes. I’ve been controlling and reversing diabetes naturally with a high carb diet for over 30 years and I’ve published the results of my program in peer-reviewed journals so we know that it works. Here are seven basic steps; Number one: reduce fat intake, especially saturated fat, because this will improve insulin sensitivity. Number two eat whole unprocessed starchy foods such as oatmeal brown rice or sweet potato instead of processed flour products like cookies and pastries. Number three eats lots of high-fiber foods such as greens and colorful vegetables to slow the absorption of sugar. Number four eats whole fruit for sweets instead of processed sugar products like soft drinks and Candy. Number five gets most or all of your protein from plant sources such as beans and lentils, because research shows that animal protein consumption is associated with double the rate of diabetes. Number six, exercise regularly, burn off excess blood sugar. Number seven use supplements if necessary and always check with your doctor before using them.

There’s still no outright cure for the common cold, but here are three nutrients that have been shown in research to help treat the common cold, number three is relatively new. The peak of cold and flu season is between December and February, the following nutrients have been shown in research to be helpful. Nutrient number one, of course its vitamin C research has long suggested that it can reduce the duration and severity of symptoms typical dosage is 1,000 to 2,000 milligrams per day. Number two, zinc, this mineral can interfere with the replication of most cold viruses. Zinc lozenges or pills, when taken within 24 hours of symptom onset may reduce cold duration and symptoms, recommended dosage is 50 milligrams, one to three times a day. Number three is quercetin which was used against covid as an ionophore with zinc. Research suggests that it also inhibits the replication of common cold viruses and works together with zinc. Here’s the cure for gluten sensitivity. I’ve been using whole wheat and gluten in my programs for over 30 years, and I’ve seen zero problems with gluten sensitivity and my patients stomach ailments bloating arthritis and fatigue all disappear. Research indicates that for other than the 2% of the people who have actual celiac disease or true wheat or gluten allergy for the vast majority of people, gluten is not the problem. In a double blind Placebo controlled study, one group was put on high dose gluten, one group was put on low dose gluten, and one group was put on Placebo, the results were stunning. The group taking the highest dose of gluten had the fewest symptoms of gluten sensitivity. The group with the worst symptoms were on Placebo, statistically similar to low dose gluten. Bottom line is if you have symptoms of gluten sensitivity, research shows that it’s not the gluten. It may be the herbicide on it, which can cause leaky gut or related symptoms. So the cure for so-called gluten sensitivity is to use organic whole wheat products so that they’re free of herbicides and chemicals.

In the US you have about a 50/50 chance of having high blood sugar, so don’t miss these seven early warning signs of high blood sugar. Research shows that about half of us in the US have diabetes or pre-diabetes but in its early stages diabetes is painless so you need to look for these early warning signs. Number one, fatigue, this could mean blood sugar levels are bouncing up and down. Does this superfood improve brain function at any age? Brain function is all the more important in this digital age with AI already affecting our lives, it’s like we have to stay smarter than AI as much as possible.
